All prices are in GBP. Packages are paid monthly in advance and reserve support up to the stated hours.
Unused hours don’t roll over unless agreed in writing. Additional hours and expenses are agreed separately before work begins.

Room for things to change
Package changes normally start from your next billing period, subject to availability. Standard cancellation is 30 days’ written notice.
What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant helps with the day-to-day tasks that take up your time, working remotely rather than from your office. From your inbox to your invoices, we agree what you need and how we’ll work together.
Who can you support?
JENVA supports individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses. Whether you’re working for yourself, running a small team or simply juggling a busy schedule, we can talk through the support that would make a difference.
Do I need to be based near Wigan?
No. JENVA is based in Standish, Wigan, but support is provided remotely, so we can work together wherever you’re based in the UK.
What happens to unused hours?
Packages reserve up to your chosen number of hours each monthly billing period. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, unused hours don’t roll over and cannot be refunded or transferred. You can ask for an update on your remaining hours at any time.
Can I change my package or add extra hours?
Yes, you can request a package change, normally from the next monthly billing period and subject to availability. Extra work and its price are agreed before it begins.
